AVP / Network Manager - Bath
As the Network Manager, you will have direct contact with other Bank employees and be expected to assist them in a prompt and professional manner. You will be in a position to set a professional example, demonstrating continuing high levels of initiative, leadership, acceptance of responsibility, and exceptional customer service. It is expected that you will implement and carry out Bank policy and procedure with respect to all functions and tasks performed.
As the Network Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the Bank’s network including the daily network administration tasks, administering security for various programs, and assisting other departments with their software upgrades and needs.
Educational Requirements1. College degree or equivalent work experience.
2. Network Administration and Management experience.
3. Windows server configuration and management
4. VMware management experience.
5. Microsoft Exchange experience.
6. Cisco Routers and Switches experience.
7. DNS/DHCP Management.
8. SQL exposure.
9. Understanding of enterprise network security technologies, such as encryption, VPN firewalls, access control, and remote access.
10. Previous experience in the banking industry is preferred, but not required.

Loan Servicer I - Bath
Your primary responsibility will be to monitor loans for hazard insurance, process loan payments and scan and index loan documents. You will also assist with the entry of new loans into the system, and will be expected to answer customer inquiries and provide research support to other customer service personnel. You will provide assistance to lenders and staff with regard to loan servicing issues and act as liaison between the Bank and agencies in the completion of your duties in the Loan Servicing Department.
Educational RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read/write English, and be able to understand and follow instructions.
Basic understanding of bank policies and procedures.
Excellent written and oral communication skills; and organizational skills.
Accurately perform data entry on computer terminal and calculate figures.
Ability to operate and utilize general office equipment.
Teller - Part-Time - Falmouth
The Part time teller will work approximately 25 to 30 hours per week and will have direct contact with customers. All employees are expected to provide Exceptional Service in a prompt and professional manner. Duties include cash handling, processing transactions and responding to customer inquiries. Customer Service Representative - South Portland
As a Customer Service Representative I, you will build life –long banking relationships with customers by taking the initiative to reach out and follow through with customers to ensure that the customer’s needs are fully met. As a Customer Service Representative I, you will acquire and expand new relationships.
Under the general direction of the Branch Manager, your primary responsibility is to build and expand customer relationships with perspective new account customers and existing customers using the Principals of Developing Exceptional Relationships as your guide. As a Customer Service Representative I, you will contribute to the sales growth of the office and ultimately the Bank.
Educational Requirements
Proven ability to provide customer service at a superior level in accordance with BSI performance standards.
Must have proven communication and interpersonal skills using tact, diplomacy and professionalism with demonstrated ability to get along with everyone.
Self-motivated with an outgoing personality and overall pleasant demeanor.
Knowledge of banking terminology and banking software with ability to learn, retain, articulate and cross sell the features and benefits of a wide range of bank products and services.
