Educational Requirements: •High school diploma or equivalent. •Knowledge of banking, loan products and real estate practices helpful. •Familiarity with loan documentation helpful. •Must read/write English, and be able to understand and follow instructions. •Willingness to learn and understand loan documents, policies and procedures. •Ability to effectively communicate/converse with other individuals. •Good organizational ability; attentiveness to detail. •Prior experience in an office environment •Ability to perform data entry on computer terminal, calculate figures and use general office equipment.

The Full-time teller will work approximately 40 hours per week and will have direct contact with customers. All employees are expected to provide Exceptional Service in a prompt and professional manner. Duties include cash handling, processing transactions and responding to customer inquiries. Educational Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. A minimum of one year of recent retail sales, cashier or other money-handling experience is required. Computer skills are necessary. Ability to read/write English. Must be able to communicate/converse effectively with others.

The primary function of a Retail Loan Closing Processor is to prepare closing documents necessary for mortgage loan closings. This job function will include coordinating closing dates with Title Attorneys and Loan Officers and provide data necessary to complete the closing of loans. It is expected that all duties will be performed in a timely, accurate and efficient manner to ensure optimum customer service.
