We are currently seeking candidates for the following positions:

Full-Time Teller South Portland, Yarmouth

The Full-time teller will work approximately 40 hours per week and will have direct contact with customers. All employees are expected to provide Exceptional Service in a prompt and professional manner. Duties include cash handling, processing transactions and responding to customer inquiries. Candidates must possess exceptional communication skills and a desire to work with the public. Educational Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. A minimum of one year of recent retail sales, cashier or other money-handling experience is required. Computer skills are necessary. Ability to read/write English. Must be able to communicate/converse effectively with others.

Salary: Hourly $10.50 - $13.00

Retail Loan Closing Processor Bath

The primary function of a Retail Loan Closing Processor is to prepare closing documents necessary for mortgage loan closings. This job function will include coordinating closing dates with Title Attorneys and Loan Officers and provide data necessary to complete the closing of loans. It is expected that all duties will be performed in a timely, accurate and efficient manner to ensure optimum customer service. Educational Requirements: •High school diploma or equivalent. •At least one year of recent experience working with mortgage loan documents. •Must read/write English, and be able to understand and follow instructions. •Willingness to learn and understand loan documents, policies and procedures •Excellent communication and organizational skills. •Strong analytical ability, an attentiveness to detail. •Ability to perform data entry on computer terminal and calculate figures. •Ability to use general office equipment. •Only candidates who meet educational and general requirements criteria will be contacted.

Salary: Salary is commensurate with experience.
