Bath Savings Institution Announces 2017 Employee Recognition Awards

Bath, Maine (November 7, 2017) — Bath Savings Institution recently honored employees for their commitment to exceptional service and customer relationships at the Annual Employee Recognition Night on October 25th in Bath.

Sarah Winchenbach, Assistant Branch Manager in Damariscotta, received the Neighbor to Neighbor Award for her commitment to community service. Sarah has led the Making Strides for Breast Cancer Walk in Damariscotta for several years.

The Bath Office was awarded the 2017 Relationship Builder Award for their unwavering commitment to exceptional service, even during a time of transition and renovation.

“The service awards are a celebration of Bath Savings’ employees and the way they make our customers feel,” stated President Glenn Hutchinson. “We are in the people business first and banking business second.” To that end, the bank rewards service award winners with additional vacation time, showing employees how much Bath Savings values their service skills.
