Bath Savings Institution Announces Promotions

Bath, Maine (February 28, 2017) — Bath Savings Institution's President & CEO Glenn Hutchinson announced the promotion of four Bank employees.

Paul Cole
Paul Cole

Paul Cole has been promoted to Information Technology Officer. Paul began his banking career in 1999 as a student in the Bath Savings Institution high school banking program at Morse High School. Shortly thereafter he joined the bank full time. As part of the IT team Paul has participated in the implementation of numerous technological advancements by the Bank, and he has spearheaded several software and systems upgrades.


Michelle Dickinson
Michelle Dickinson

Michelle Dickinson has been promoted to Human Resources Officer. Michelle came to Bath Savings in 2001 with 13 years of banking experience and is an important asset for employees and management. In 2014, Michelle earned her Human Resources Management diploma from SNHU. She is a member of the Maine Bankers Association Human Resources Committee.


Wendy Gilliam
Wendy Gilliam

Wendy Gilliam has been promoted to Accounting Officer. Wendy joined BSI as a Teller in 1990 and worked in Operations as a Loan Servicer before joining the Accounting Department in 2000. As manager of Accounting Wendy oversees the many responsibilities of that department. Wendy has also been a recipient of BSI's Exceptional Service Award.


Ally Harper
Ally Harper

Ally Harper has been promoted to Marketing Officer. Ally is a Bath native who joined BSI with an undergraduate degree in Marketing and recently received her MBA through SNHU with a concentration in Marketing. In 2016, she attended the American Bankers Association Bank Marketing School. Ally is also a member of the Main Street Bath Promotions Committee.


Hutchinson stated, "As Bath Savings continues to grow, we recognize the need for leadership to meet the goals and challenges we face as a much larger institution. It is a pleasure to have the talent and experience within our organization to help lead us in the future."
