Bath Savings Institution Announces Promotions

Bath, Maine (March 8, 2016) — Bath Savings Institution’s President & CEO Glenn Hutchinson, announced the promotion of five bank employees.

Marcia Wallace

Marcia Wallace has been promoted to AVP Mortgage Processing and Underwriting Department Manager. Marcia joined Bath Savings in 2006 as a loan processor and has over 22 years’ experience in the processing/underwriting of mortgage loans. She is a 2015 graduate from the New England School of Financial Studies at Babson.


Megan Smith-Pinkham
Megan Smith-Pinkham

Megan Smith-Pinkham has been promoted to Loan Servicing Manager. Megan began her banking career in 2005 as a teller in the Boothbay Harbor Office. She is an active participant in Big Brothers/Big Sisters and Bowl for Kid’s Sake; and for the past few years she has co-chaired the bank’s United Way Campaign to record-breaking success.


Paul Cole
Paul Cole

Paul Cole has been promoted to Information Technology Manager. Paul joined BSI in 1999 as a student in the Bank’s school banking program at Morse High School. After graduation, he joined the bank full time. As part of the IT team, Paul has participated in the implementation of numerous technological advancements by the bank, and he has spearheaded several software and systems upgrades.


Michelle Dickinson
Michelle Dickinson

Michelle Dickinson has been promoted to Human Resources Manager. Michelle came to Bath Savings in 2001 with 13 years of banking experience. She joined the HR department in 2005 and in 2014 earned her Human Resources Management Diploma from SNHU.


Daniel Wilson
Daniel Wilson

Daniel Wilson has been named Deposit Operations Manager. Daniel joined Bath Savings in 2005. He has specialized training in the area of IRAs and Deposit Operations compliance. He is an active participant in Big Brothers/Big Sisters and Bowl for Kid’s Sake, and as co-chair of the Bank’s United Way Campaign has been instrumental in the program’s record-breaking success.


Hutchinson stated, “We are pleased to recognize these employees for their commitment to the bank, their strong work ethic and their community service. We are fortunate to have them on our team.”
