The Full-time teller will work approximately 40 hours per week and will have direct contact with customers. All employees are expected to provide Exceptional Service in a prompt and professional manner. Duties include cash handling, processing transactions and responding to customer inquiries. Candidates must possess exceptional communication skills and a desire to work with the public. Only applicants who meet criteria of education and job requirements will be contacted.
Educational Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. A minimum of one year of recent retail sales, cashier or other money-handling experience is required. Computer skills are necessary. Ability to read/write English. Must be able to communicate/converse effectively with others.

Bath Savings Trust Company has a great training opportunity for an individual with aspirations in the area of Trust Operations. Resumes’ are currently being accepted for the position of Trust Operations Specialist Trainee in the Bath Savings Trust Company. This position requires a highly professional individual who has a demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service, possesses a positive cooperative spirit, and is a strong team player. The suitable candidate for this position will be an applicant who has a demonstrated willingness to learn and commit to an ongoing training program. Qualified candidates must be detail-oriented, have the ability to multi-task as well as have excellent analytical & organizational, problem solving and prioritizing skills. The suitable candidate will have the ability to work independently as well as with a team. The primary responsibility of this position is to assist with all tax reporting, maintain account information as instructed and assist with various other duties as assigned. The Trust Operations Specialist Trainee will report directly to the Senior Vice President of the Operations Department of BSTC.
Educational Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent. A minimum of (2) years of banking experience or knowledge of accounting. Proficient in Excel and Word (Create, perform calculations & comparisons, Etc.). The ability to read/write English and understand/follow instructions. Ability to communicate/converse with others. Ability to perform data entry on a computer terminal. Ability to operate and utilize general office equipment.
