We are currently seeking candidates for the following positions:
Under the general direction of the Executive Vice-President/Chief Credit Officer, you will be responsible for the origination of new commercial loans within the Bankís market area. In conjunction with your responsibilities you are expected to understand the requirements of the commercial loan functions including; origination, compliance, review, etc. In keeping with the Bankís Business Plan, you will set origination goals and ensure that all loan transactions meet the requirements set forth in the Bankís Loan Policy. There will be an existing loan portfolio that accompanies this position and in addition to working with their existing loan relationships a part of this position requires soliciting new commercial loan and business prospects within the Bankís market area by communicating with brokers, attorneys, business associates, customers and other prospects. Educational Requirements: Bachelorís degree in business, finance or related field. A minimum of five years of commercial lending experience. Extensive knowledge of commercial lending practices, policies and procedures. Commercial underwriting/financial analysis experience. Exceptional customer service and sales skills. Exceptional public relations skills. Good understanding of financial institution products and services. Good written and oral communication skills.
