We are currently seeking candidates for the following positions:

Full-Time Teller Boothbay Harbor

The Full-time teller will work approximately 40 hours per week and will have direct contact with customers. All employees are expected to provide Exceptional Service in a prompt and professional manner. Duties include cash handling, processing transactions and responding to customer inquiries. Candidates must possess exceptional communication skills and a desire to work with the public. Educational Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. A minimum of one year of recent retail sales, cashier or other money-handling experience is required. Computer skills are necessary. Ability to read/write English. Must be able to communicate/converse effectively with others.

Salary: Hourly Wage Range $8.00 to $10.50

Loan Processor Bath

The primary responsibilities of this position are: •To receive new mortgage loans into the department •Prepare the applicable disclosures to ensure compliance, •Assemble the new virtual loan files •Perform the timely and accurate processing of new mortgage loans •Follow up on outstanding items and other loan processing duties as needed. •To assist the Closing Processor when necessary, •Provide assistance to lenders with regard to the processing and closing of loans •Act as liaison between the Bank and agencies providing data necessary to complete the processing and closing of loans. It is expected that all duties will be performed in a timely, accurate and efficient manner to ensure optimum customer service. Educational Requirements: •High school diploma or equivalent. •Prior loan processing experience; familiarity with loan documentation required. •Knowledge of banking, loan products and real estate practices helpful. •Must read/write English, and be able to understand and follow instructions. •Willingness to learn and understand loan documents, policies and procedures. •Strong analytical skills; excellent oral and written communication skills. •Good organizational ability; attentiveness to detail. •Ability to assist and train others in loan processing. •Ability to perform data entry on computer terminal, calculate figures and use general office equipment. Mortgage Loan Closing Processor Bath

In this position, you will be responsible for preparing timely and accurate mortgage loan closing documents. You will work closely with customers, bank’s closing attorneys, loan officers and realtors to insure a smooth loan closing. You will need a high school diploma or equivalent, and a minimum of one year of progressive work experience in the preparation of mortgage loan closing documents including but not limited to promissory notes, HUD settlement statements, and mortgage deeds. - An Affirmative Action, Equal Opportunity Employer

Vice President- Mortgage Lender Brunswick

In this role, customer service is key as this position will require the origination of mortgage and other consumer loans. The VP-Mortgage Lender will be responsible for accepting applications, providing education, analyzing credit to help minimize risk and then based on all the information collected, recommend, approve, counteroffer and deny loans in accordance with loan policy, approval authority limits and all applicable procedures. The VP-Mortgage Lender will assist in the collection process if necessary. Maintaining favorable referral contacts as well as participation in management meetings is a position requirement. Educational Requirements: A minimum of five years of progressive experience in mortgage lending is required.
