The primary responsibility of the Data Analyst/SharePoint Administrator will be to assist bank employees in a prompt and professional manner. Duties include being responsible for maintaining the Bank’s Intranet, working with users on the ViewPoint software, creating and running scripts, providing end-user training and providing morning main frame coverage when needed. Educational Requirements: 1.High school diploma or equivalent. 2.At least 3 years of SharePoint Administration experience. 3.Ability to read/write English and to understand and follow instructions as directed. 4.Previous experience in the banking industry is preferred but not required. 5.Security minded. 6.Must be self-motivated and willing to learn. 7.Ability to understand and follow procedures accurately. 8.Accuracy is a must. 9.Ability to work together as a team; flexibility within a small department. 10.Ability to solve problems and troubleshoot. 11.Attentive to detail. 12.Ability to communicate/converse with other individuals. 13.Proficient with computers and software. 14.Ability to organize tasks and resources for maximum efficiency. 15.Touch typing skills required. 16.Organizational and filing skills required. 17.Logical thinking. 18.Reliable.
